Rapid Return to Service
Example on a fictional aircraft's 48-month, 2,400-hour inspection. Rapid Return to Service reads the work scope and picks out its 36 items, reads every work-order record and gathers the evidence, then files each item's records into it, many at once: its logbook entry, its work-order page or task card, the return-to-service statement, the signature, FAA Form 8130-3 tags and Form 337s. No item is done without its logbook entry. 31 items come out done, 2 are flagged as missing documentation (one has no logbook entry, the other no battery test record), and 3 low-confidence items stay open for review. A done item shows its logbook entry, work order page and 8130-3; the flagged battery test shows that no record was found; and the reviewer checks an open item's evidence and marks it Done, which locks its status. Then it writes the executive summary with the five items that need attention.

Upload a work scope and its completed work orders. planeKrafty reads both, matches each item to the page that documents it, and flags anything missing or in conflict.
Each work scope item comes back documented, missing documentation, in conflict with another record, or not found, with the reason. Results it is unsure of are marked low confidence, so you know where to look twice.
Click a citation and the page opens with the passage highlighted. Checking takes a click, not a hunt through the stack.
Add the work scope, then its completed work orders. PDF or Word, and scanned pages are read too.
planeKrafty reads every page and matches each item to its paperwork. You can leave and come back while it works.
Open any item to see what was found, then click through to the page. Mark it Done, flag an issue, or keep it as Needs review.
Use your own records. Your days start at your first upload, and your results stay available to view and export when the trial ends.

It looks for the return-to-service entry, the FAA Form 8130-3 tag on an installed part, and the Form 337 on a major repair or alteration, and flags any it can’t find.
Download a written summary as a Word document and every item as a spreadsheet.
